Terms and Conditions
1.1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “User,” or “Customer”), and US-Vendora (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the us-vendora.com website as well as any other media form, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site or purchasing products from us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
1.2. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
1.3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") are the proprietary property of the Company or our affiliates and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.
1.4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You agree not to:
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
- Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in any unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
- Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us.
1.5. PURCHASES, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
1.6. CANCELLATIONS AND STRICT NO-REFUND-IN-TRANSIT POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND ENTERED TRANSIT WITH OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, NO CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNTIL THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this strict timeline. Chargebacks filed while an item is legally in transit and tracking confirms movement will be aggressively contested using this agreed-upon provision.
1.7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
1.8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
1.9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Refund and Return Policy
2.1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from US-Vendora. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return window of thirty (30) days from the confirmed date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2.2. STRICT NO-REFUND-IN-TRANSIT CLAUSE
Under no circumstances do we issue refunds, authorize cancellations, or accept returns while an order is actively in transit. Once the shipping carrier has taken possession of your package and a tracking number has been generated and activated, the fulfillment process cannot be interrupted. You must wait for the package to be delivered to your designated address before initiating a return request. Refusing a package at delivery will not bypass our standard return protocol and may result in the forfeiture of your refund or incur additional return shipping penalties.
2.3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Perishable goods.
- Intimate, sanitary, or hazardous materials.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
2.4. INITIATING A RETURN (RMA PROCESS)
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@us-vendora.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent back to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
2.5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND RESTOCKING FEES
Return Shipping: The Customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover operational and repackaging costs.
2.6. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
2.7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your item arrives materially defective or damaged during transit, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at support@us-vendora.com with photographic evidence of the defect and the packaging. We will provide a free replacement or full refund for verified damaged goods.
Shipping Policy
3.1. SHIPPING JURISDICTION
At this time, US-Vendora strictly fulfills and ships orders within the fifty (50) states of the United States of America. We do not currently offer international shipping, nor do we ship to APO/FPO addresses or US Territories.
3.2. PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES
We strive to fulfill your orders efficiently. Our standard shipping timeframe is 10 to 14 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Processing Time: Orders require 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) for verification, quality assurance, packing, and dispatch.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, the transit time via our carrier network typically takes 8 to 10 business days.
(Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 10 to 14 Business Days).
3.3. ORDER CUTOFF TIMES
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be considered placed on the following business day for processing purposes.
3.4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier’s system.
3.5. CARRIER DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, US-Vendora cannot be held legally or financially responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our immediate control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier labor strikes, logistical disruptions, or sudden high-volume seasonal delays. In accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, delays in transit do not entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund while the package remains in the carrier's possession.
3.6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, liability for the package transfers completely to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly to file a trace/claim.
